My mom is looking to evenly trade her ford explorer(in PA) to a guy that lives in NY with a oldsmobile alero. I was wondering if you could tell me the cost t transfer the title for the oldsmobile from NY to PA. I need to know how much it would cost, so that way she can have enough money.
