Hi all,
I was just wondering if there would be any possible things i could do to maintain a basic level of fitness and lose so weight whilst being assessed for a chronic back injury. I have already had x-rays and just had a CT scan today and waiting on the results being returned.
I have not done any sport for 3 weeks now and i am starting to get a bit flabby. Could i maybe use an exercise bike or a cross-training machine to burn so calories?!!??
I would really appreciate any suggestions!
