I'm an incoming FR in HS and I started school earlier than all of the other kids in my grade. Like I said I'm going to be an incoming Freshman on the football team as a lineman(preferably offense). Anyways back to why I'm posting, I'm about 5'4" and I weigh 160ish. I was wondering if any of y'all have any training tips whatsoever (I have already started using free weights to build strength) but o just wanted to know if y'all though there was anything else thatvi could do that could get me ready to start comepetinv with all of the larger guys on the field next year.
