I'm in the cross country & track team.
This year I was planning on training all summer long for my future 2010/11 events but now I can't because I'm heading to South Asia for the summer -___-'
You really can't train outdoors everyday over there due to the condition and where I will be staying I'm pretty sure there isn't going to be any treadmills or anything. What should I do stay in shape?
So far I'm thinking of doing the basics; push ups, crunches and lunges? Is there anything else I can do?
