training for wrestling at school?

what i wanna mainly work on is my weight and my arm muscles
right now i cant do not a lot of push ups and i have a hard time with it

(im bad at planning)can you give me a chart on what i should do everyday like:
mon run a mile 10 push ups
tue run a mile 10 push ups 10 squats etc
and then raise up push ups and miles every few weeks as i get use to it
What are some ways i can lose some body fat because im 120 pounds and wanna go to like around 110
if you give me a lot of info for each of these things im asking
you will get best answer
