Trade a 00' honda civic for a 97' bmw?

A lady wants to trade me her 1997 bmw 328 for my 2000 honda civic ex, my car has 145,000 miles on it, hers has 155,000. Think its a good trade?
 
I work in the car industry and I think you should shop around more, bmw's if something goes wrong the parts are dearer, Honda has a very good track record for the car especially a civc they last forever mate.See how well she has kept the car e.g. with the service book.At the end of the day its your decision though. And if the car is black its so harder to look after, black and dark colours show up everything.
