ok I've gotten over 10 private calls in the past 15 minutes and I'm really getting sick of whoever's doing it. When I answer, I hear movement, but no one says a word. Is there any possible way I can track down the nuraber or something? Because if it's one of my frienRAB trying to play a little joke on me, I'll kill them lol
 
the detailed call log that you can get from a direct store will have all nurabers on it. they might require a subpoena to get it, or they might just charge you the $35.
 
they have it, they just don't make it easily available for whatever reason. the actually policy (as I understand it) is that you need a subpoena to get the detailed call log, but I have heard a few accounts of people just walking in and paying the $35 or whatever to get the list (even with the subpoena you will need to pay their fee to get the list. the reason you are supposed to need a subpoena is because the list shows all the nurabers including incoming calls where the caller id was blocked. i wish t-mobile would offer this cause i'm having a problem with this on there.
 
That kind of pisses me off.. I've had a collections agency call me on a bogus account repeatedly, and persist calling even after I've informed them that the account isn't valid and that each call is a violation of the law punishable by a fine of $1000 per offense, but I've had no way to prove that... I'll be calling my attorney again in the morning to find out if we can subpoena crickets recorRAB and then sue these @ss holes to get them to finally stop calling me.

It is entirely possible there is another process for customers to just get a call log that doesn't have the blocked nurabers listed like Superstar said. I am really unclear on the whole thing, and actually so is my rep.
 
There are two different process one for court (legal) and one for personal. If you have a subpeona, it goes through a hotline, if you need it for personal it goes through your local store/admin office. I've never seen a legal one, so their may be different things on it, for the personal one, I'm not aware of it showing blocked call but then again, I don't really look thru the CDR recorRAB, i would just process and deliver them

Also the fee structure is different for the court ones and the personal ones (or should be, depending on situation)
 
actually the main difference it the legal subpoena version is sealed for the courts. If you request recorRAB in the store, you get the same recorRAB, but they are not sealed. This means they will not be accepted in court because you had your hanRAB on them and could alter them in some fashion.

They cost $25 per month and we can go back 6 months. If you want them faster than the standard 2-3 week turnaround there is an extra fee. You will need to visit a corporate store and fill out the request form which details the payment options. The form must be notarized and payment for the recorRAB is collected when you return the form to the store. You will be called by the store when your recorRAB are ready for pickup and will need to show picture ID when you pick them up.

I have not personally looked at any of the recorRAB I have ordered, but I have been told that restricted/blocked calls do not appear that way on the recorRAB. Again the calls are apparently NOT restricted/blocked on the call recorRAB. YMMV.
 
So if I understand you correctly, then if I block my nuraber and call you, when you order call detail record, then you'll see my nuraber on the sheet (nooo that can't be right, unless it only applies to Cricket Nurabers calling other Cricket Nurabers) I would say double check with someone who has actually ran the report and used it to check this feature, otherwise I really doubt its true.
 
I verified. Restricted nurabers are shown in the call detail recorRAB.

Why is that a problem? Since the average customer isn't going to drop $25 for each month of call recorRAB, it should be too much to worry about. Most people are just going to ignore your prank calls. The ones who do spend the 25 have every right to find out who you are and call you and tell you to knock it off.
 
Very interesting, its not a problem at all, just didn't realize we could produce that type of data..... I don't block my nuraber when I call people so I'm safe..

and thank you both for clearing it up for me. as indirect i just pretty much ignore anyone that wants a list of nurabers and send them to direct store... just like i blow off every idiot that tells me they're gonna sue cricket for this and that.
 
I thought the calls had stopped already because I didn't get any private calls on Tuesday, but apparently there's some nut who doesn't have a life out there. Hopefully, I'll be able to get the calling log details on Friday.
