Toys R Us to have PS3 Presales Oct. 29 As well as Elmo TMX

Yea, I just called my ToysRUs, he said they're taking preorders Sunday when they open. Ps3 and Wii's for 50 bucks. I didn't ask about the ps3's cause I don't care but he said they're getting about 14 Wii's for preorder.
 
I saw someone else on IGN posting this stuff. Dunno if its true but I would believe someone I dont know on the internet to know more shit about toysrus than an actual employee there
 
I was just at a toys R us in pomona, ca and there were 3-4 guys ALREADY sitting and waiting till sunday.

they said the store was getting 6 ps3's
 
I will probably drive over there tomorrow and if anyone's over there i'm out. If six hours isnt enough then forget it.

Edit: apparantely: "when the xbox 360 was launched some fights broke out outside a couple of toy r us so now its new policy.no lines outside toys r us they will ask you to leave.if you dont they will call the cops BUT this is only during open hours. .once they close i think you can im not sure"
 
The ad says that they start taking preorders on the 29th? I wonder what it means to all these people who claim to have preorders there already.

Where did you get that ad? I went online and looked at the ad and that page wasnt in it. I'm not saying it doesnt exist, I just dont want to go there on Sunday and find out they arent taking preorders.
 
I was thinking a couple hours at least. I really want to be the first one there, especially since I'm taking 2 other people with me. The ToysRUs I called is supposed to have 7 available for preorder. So, I will probably get there like 3 hours early. I hope that's early enough, I've never bought a system where I had to stand in line to get it before. (I called to ask how many, and this guy said he doesnt know when they are supposed to start preorders...I assume he's just not important enough to know, or he's a douche).
