...bulbs seems to be fine.? I checked the stop light fuse it is okay, and the cabin brake light works its just the two tail lights not working. The filament would be broken if the light was out, right?
the filament does not always break meaning you have a bad bulb. try new bulbs or try an electrical tester on plug of bulb to insure you are receiving current.if not it-i would say you have a break in the line at some point as long as all related fuses are fine
