i have a 1998 tacoma 4x4 2.7 liter 5spd 160k miles. i just flushed coolant changed trans oil new spark plugs, spark plug wires fuel injectors and fuel filter. it shifts perfect in all gears but i have noticed when im in third gear going around 35-45 the truck shakes also if im going that speed in 4th gear it will also do this no other gears do this and no other speeds drives perfect in revers 1 2 and 5 also in 4 and 3 gear it drives perfect except beetween 35-45 mph. what could it be im starting to think somthing with the front axle. any help appreciated thanks.
it doesnt do it regardless what gear im in only in 3 and 4 when im going around 35-45 besides that the truck runs prefect its only when im going those speeds. i do feel it through the steering wheel. no power loss or anything just shakes when going those speeds. any slower drives perfect any faster it drives perfect.
