I'm looking to purchase a Scion TC and I came across one with 70,000 miles, good condition. I looked up the KBB and it goes for 9,200 to 9,800 (it's an 06), however, it has a "salvage" title (it was in an accident, hit in the rear). He is asking 7,500 for it, what would be a reasonable price? My insurance will cover it, but I want to make a reasonable offer. This is in Oregon. Thanks everyone!
