I recently had to get rid of my 1985 toyota 4x4 when i moved, It was a great truck that served me well but now I am looking into getting another truck. I really liked the toyota, it was very easy to work on and I know the engine well, but I was also thinking about getting something bigger with more power. I was thinking about a 1980's ford or chevy truck, but I don't really know them very well. I was wondering if anyone with a bit more knowledge with the chevy/ford trucks could give me their opinion, and also which model of truck is the most reliable? It's gotta be a 4x4.
