neccessary? I am an auto appraiser and I have a Toyota dealer that states it needs to apply caulk/ seam sealer to OEM replacement hoods, doors, and deck lids as the Toyota does not apply it from the factory. Since Toyota does not apply this to there replacement parts from the factory is this necessary? I have spoken to several other appraiser's and they have not had any other shop asking them for this, including Toyota dealers.
