The way to drive rear engine cars is to slow before a corner and accelerate through the corner rather than slow down into a corner. remember the weight of the car is at the back and any change of direction tends to encourage the rear to go straight ahead. Slowing first then accelerating transfers weight to the rear and pushes the tyres to the road. this over steer and under steer can be controlled with the throttle with practice(don't do it on the road )
