Toyota Matrix Owners: give me your experience with your vehicle?

I'm thinking of purchasing a used 2009 Toyota Matrix XRS...its has 22,000 miles on it...I have drove a 1994 Camry for 10 years and I'm interested in driving something else. I know the Camry is reliable, but if the Matrix is a good reliable car, then I would like to try it.

Give me your experience with the Matrix...thanks.
 
It's a very reliable Car. I have a friend who owns the XRS and loves it. Gets good gas mileage and has plenty of room with the hatchback.

Sadly the other answer about a Yugo passing him is just a lie. Yugo's couldn't go 60 mph.

Besides if he was doing 60, and the Yugo was going 50. How would it pull ahead of him? feels threatened by Toyota and needs to make up stories to try and sway people from buying them.

While the Matrix isn't a sports car if it got beat by a Yugo they would all be in the Junkyard. Everything made after 1985 can beat a Yugo. Even a 3 cylinder Ford Fiesta.

I'll never understand why people need to make up such stupid stories.....

That guy has never owned a Matrix. Like so many others he
