I have a 1988 toyota pick up with the IFS in the front. It already has a 2 inch body lift but im picking up a 4 inch lift for it tonight. Do i need to extend the brakelines? how long would this lift take aproxomitly, (with hand jacks and blocks)?

Yes! You will need longer flex hoses for the brakes and you will also need longer parking brake cables and an extended parking brake cable bracket. That's a big lift and you will need to make lots of modifications which are not included in the typical lift kits, things like longer drive shafts and a drop drag link or an extreme drop pitman arm to reduce drag link angle, and if you have independent front suspension you will need an idler arm drop bracket as well or an extreme drop idler arm.
