Doesn't it look like the US gov is trying to finance their Domestic auto sales bailout with their competitors $$$? I know, people have lost their lives due to this defect and we shouldn't make lite of that fact, but someone needs to tell Obama that he'll need A LOT more than $16.4 million to get things rolling again! But I guess it's a start!

To those who lost friends and family related to the Toyota fiasco, my sincerest condolences!
The sudden acceleration problem has been blamed for more than 50 deaths in the US. - CBS NEWS

According to an article in Motortrend, the numbers are growing daily. Before the deaths can be rested at the feet of the foreign auto maker, a 90 day investigation period must elapse to determine fault. (practice what you preach!)
