Toyota D-4D still same problem?

Now my 2007 Toyota Hilux D4d's problem of cutting revs when travelling at speeds less than 2000rpm has worsened up.Now the engine light is coming just after starting and have to turn ignition key rapidly to the accessories position at least twice before the revs resurface--PLEAse please HELP me ihave changed almost everything,Pump,Injectors what next???May be i have to replace the Engine???Toyota Burgersfort-Republic of South Africa have failed
