My Rear Defrost isn't working and i don't know why ....Can someone tell me what can be the problem and how to solve it ? Thanks in advance
That might be the problem. The windows have been tinted before, but not anymore...If that happened to me that means i lost my defrost? isn't there a way to fix this? isn't this supposed to damage one of the defrost line and not all of them? Thanks

look for blown fuses. they are under the dash by the driver's knees. also check in the engine compartment. there is a little black box with fuses and relays. with the car OFF, take out and check the corresponding fuses. look for a break in the little metal tab in there.
also if by any chance you had tinting done, or stripped out by using a blade, it is possible (very likely) that the blade cut the heating wire that runs through your rear glass.
also look for a relay market defrost or something similar.
hope this helps some.

the defrost lines are in a type of a circuit similar to old christmas lights. so if there is a break anywhere, it will only work to that point, if that because there must be a path for current to travel all the way to "ground." if there is a break, than there is no ground so current will not have a complete path to travel.
i have heard that "they" make repair kits for those defrost lines. i don't know who though.
