Toyota Corolla reversed battery hookup, electrical issues?

Made a bonehead mistake of connecting the battery backwards for a second or two on my 2003 Toyota Corolla. After connecting it properly, the car starts and drives fine but most electrical devices aren't working. I've checked all fuses under the hood and under the steering wheel. There was only one blown fuse, which was under the hood and it was for the dome light. After replacing that fuse the dome light works, as well as the horn, but nothing else works. The headlights, dash lights, radio, brake lights, and wipers do not work. When I turn the headlight switch on I can hear the relay click under the hood, which is making this even more confusing. All of the cables look fine, I don't see any obvious damage to any of them.

Could it be the main Integration Relay assembly that's next to the Instrument Panel Junction Block Assy that is under the steering wheel? Would the Toyota dealer be able to hook up test gear which would be able to tell the problem?

Here are two pictures if it helps. The first is of the Instrument Panel Junction Block Assy, and the second is of the Relay Locations in the cabin of the car.

Any help is greatly appreciated! Thank you.

I triple checked the main fuses. There's a 100 amp for the alternator, a 30 amp that says"main", a 40 amp "head main", and a 30 amp "fan". They're all fine. I'm wondering if the integration relay is fried.
