Toyota Corolla Owners?

I am looking into a 2009 Toyota Corolla XRS. I took the car for a nice long test drive and from what I could see, it seems like a nice car. I was just curious to know owners feedback about this car. How is the durability? Is it really a soft ride? Does it make any noise? How would you rate it overall 1-10 as 10 being the best? How do you think it drives in rainy and snowy conditions?
Please tell me your insight about this car, either for it or against it. It would help me a whole lot. Thanks all!!! =)

I have no clue but my mum has a toyota corolla '92 model and its a damn good car she got it just before i was born, i was born in '93 my dad drives like a complete maniac they have only serviced it a few times.. VERY few.. It doesnt snow where i live so cant help u with that. The engine is reliable however some stuff does fall apart but only the inside. We have had 2 accidents, 1 major with 3 of us in the car, the tyre burst and we rolled across the mountain, that was about 11 years ago and we got the car fixed and another where another car just hit us from behind. .great car!! But i dont know bout the newer ones.

This is a great car. I bought a used 1998 Toyota Corolla CE about 6 months ago. I would never guess a 10 year old car could ride this good. I put about 1000 miles a week on it (nope, not joking) and I've had very few problems. All problems so far have been basic maintaince issues. Brakes, muffler, tires etc. Great ride, good pick up, good traction in the rain. I'm in Florida, so I've go no snow feedback for you. But my advice is that you really can't go wrong with this car. When I'm ready to buy new, I'll probably get another one of these.
