Toyota Corolla making high pitch noise from front right wheel part way through...

...rotation.? So my car is making a high pitch noise in the front right when rotating. It only happens at a certain point in the rotation. It is always at the same point so I don't think the wheel is loose. On top of this, the steering feels a little heavier.

Anyone have any suggestions on what could be wrong or what I check?
 
Take it to a garage soon i.e Kwikfit as they will quote for free my mum had this problem 2 weeks ago and i can't remeber for the love of me what the problem was sorry!! but they said it was going to cost £250.00 + VAT
