toyota corolla '99 engine hard starting?

my car is hard starting usually happens in a cold wintry morning, when you turn the ignition it will just "click" and the engine won't crank. you do it three times and it will finally crank and start the engine. this usually happens in a cold morning. i just replaced the battery a few days ago. it went fine on the first 3 days, but the problem re-occured again.

any ideas?

clean and check the cables at both ends look for loose or corroded connections. This should get you going . if not then get another starter solenoid and replace the original, that is on the outside of the starter. be careful not to over tighten the wires on the new solenoid while replacing it

loose and or dirty battery cables
did you have charging system check to find battery was bad or guess
most places wil check system for free any shop or parts store clean battery cables with wire brush tighten jump start car drive to a shop or a parts store ask them to check charging system my guess is alternator bad and not charging or belt slipping or battery cables dirty
