Toyota corolla 2004 oil change- transmission oil?

What trans/gear oil should be used in auto trans? Specification plz (I heard something like ATF T4, is that it?) Plus, how often do u change transmissn oil?
And should the engine oil be 5W-30? If so, I have been using 20W-50 before knowing that. What sort of problem may occur?
PS:I don't have my manual at hand. So dont give me "open ur manual" plz. Can any user help?
 
toyota's TECH site says the trans oil is lifetime.and t4 is used in chrysler products.and is the engine still running after you ran 20-50? if it is run 10-30 castrol in it.
