Toyota corolla 1999 radio repair?

hi, is there only one fuse going to the radio? because my clock, radio, and cig lighter doesnt work i found one fuse labled CIG i replaced it still doesnt work, it could be the wiring does anyone know were the main one is located that gives the dash(clock,radio) its power? thanks
 
There's a little drawer at the far left of the instrument panel, down low. Pull that off and there's a gang of fuses behind it. Replace any bad fuse.
