99 Celica- Driving last night on the highway going 65-70 mph and RPM's were consistently 4000-4200 rpms...that's too high and I know that from having this car for a while. After about 10 minutes it did eventually bump back down to 3000 rpm at this speed. What could cause this and is it something to be concerned about?
