Toyota Celica or Dodge Neon?

I am trying to decide which car to buy? The toyota celica is 2003 gt with 68,000 miles and in good condition. The dodge neon is 2005 sxt with 41,000 miles only 1 problem no antilock brakes. Even though the neon has a low mileage and cheaper price difference then the celica what would be the best choice?
 
The Celica is MOST DEFINITELY the best choice..

Neon are basically disposable cars..

The toyota will hold up.. If proper maintenance is done a Toyota can go for 500-k miles..

The Celica is 10 times better.
A lot more reliable, better quality, more power, better looks, better handling, etc.

The Neon is only better on gas and practicality and insurance since it is not a sports car.
