Toyota Celica GT or GT-S?

I have a 1993 toyota celica and I want to get a newer car but still have a celica. Do I go for the GT or GT-S? The GT-S has more power but uses premium gas and takes a lot of reving to get the power, on the other had the GT has less power but reaches it at a lower rpm and takes regular unleaded gas? I found one of each model but dont know which one to go for.
