Toyota Camry LE - 2011 Lease, is this a good deal for me?

I am looking at a base model LE, the msrp is $23,285.00 I live in cuyahoga county, OH where the tax rate is 7.75%. I am being offered a 36 month, 36k mile lease for $203 per month with $1,000 total due at signing, nothing more out of pocket.

The sticker breakdown is:

$22,325.00 BASE PRICE
$200 for floor mats
$760 for delivery and process handling

Please let me know if there is any more room for negotiation.
