mine is a 2001 camry. recently i have noticed that when i start the car after dark at first the healights get start at low beam and after 2 sec it automatically goes to high beam, even if the beam selector switch is not in high beam position. and i see the high beam indicator blue light on in dashboard. i dont see that thing during day time. now my questions:
1. what is the problem and how to troubleshoot?
2. if i need any repair, how much will it cost? (i am in NE)
answer from someone experienced with camry is highly appreciated...
it happens when the lever is at off or low beam position too..
