1996 toyota camry. i got my brakes fixed, i tested it and the brakes works great! the next day, the camry won't start. i can hear the starter rumming, but the car won't turn on. is it the fuel pump? there are no sign of fuel leak and no smell of fuel. is it the fuel pump filter? where is it located? the fuel meter is not broken, there is a half tank of fuel.
got any info? thanks.
where are relay fuse and inertia swith located? by the fuse box?

checking a fuel pump is very simple changing it is not what you need to do is get under the back of the car near the fuel tank and have someone turn the key to the run not start possession you can clearly hear fuel pumps running they make a wining noise but there is a over pressure switch that will shut it off after a few seconds if the engine isnt running that is normal but if you dont here anything then it its clearly not working all fuel pumps are somewhat loud and there will be no mistaking if it is working or not

well there's a relay fuse and inertia swith that all send power back to the pump. reset the inertia switch first and try to fire it up. if that doesn't work check the fuse if it's good. swap one of the relays of the same type out with the fuel pump fuse if that doesn't work it's more than likly the fuel pump itself if it does work you've got to buy a new relay which run about 10-20 bucks. could also be a clogged fuel filter and i don't know where they're at on a camry sorry. but go through those steps before the fuel filter or the pump.
