Toyota Camry a good first car?

I'm looking for a first car when I go off to college next year. I'm looking at a 2000 Toyota Camry for $5000. I think this is a good purchase and I believe the insurance won't be too high. Thoughts?

Any other suggestions for a first car? (something that won't be too high in insurance) c:
