Toyota camry 2000 Engine check light?

My car's Engine check light turned ON.
I went to Autozone , the report showed error code P0128, which means

- Faulty Thermostat
- Low coolant level
- Faulty ECT

I added the coolant in reservoir, but the level is always Full, it's net getting consumed.

Now what shall i do to turn Engine lite OFF.
