toyota camry 1997 air conditioner not cold enough?

hi i added the a/c freeon, i feel the cold a bit when i have it on low fan, i hear the engine sound changing when i turn it on, but the air is not really cold enough, any help. thank you

Might need another can, but if you aren't sure you should buy a guage so you don't over fill it, does it turn on and off and on and off, because my car, if it has enough in it, it will stay on for a couple of minutes and then turn off for a few seconds.

Could be the compressor, or a connecting hose.

You could have a leak in your system. Use a spray bottle and soapy water to spray on the fittings and lines and look for forming air bubbles. Are you sure you got the right type of refrigerant, last time I checked you had to have a license to buy refrigerants, even at Wal-Mart.
