On these Toyota's that are having the break problems. Someone close to me said that they saw a news report that the brake system are not mechanical (tied to a hydraulic system like what I grew up with) I am thinking they confused the fuel pedal that is wireless and the break system can still be pumped should a hydraulic pump system fail.. that they are tied mechanicaly to the system and not fire wire kind of set up.... so help us figure out if they got the story right or did they just not understand the news guy...
