I have a 1996 Toyota Avalon XLS that has a circuit short in the dome. The interior lights, keyless entry, power door locks, and anti-theft system do not operate. How much would a Toyota Dealer charge to fix such a problem? OR How much would a domestic car repair shop charge? (I have tried looking for the short on my own, and have given up)
