toyota avalon 97 xl front door speakers for replacement?

hi, i am a rookie when it comes to car audios & maintenence. So i need your help. I bought a pair of ALPINE SPS-400 TYPE-S 4"(45 watts each). Will this speakers be compatible with my toyota avalon 97 xl in terms of watts? is the watt power too much for my car to handle? can i still install it myself or should i take it to car repair shop like bestbuys?

Also tell me step by step how to open the front door speakers so i can replace with new ones?
