toyota 4runner v6 auto to manual tranny swap?

hi guys i want to do a transmision swap in my 2nd gen 4runner just wondering if it matter if i get the manual tranny out of a 4cyl or 6cyl is the 4cyl tranny the same or is it not as strong?
 
the RN130 4runner and the vzn 130 both use the same transmission and transfer assy also the rn106/107 /110
hi lux are the same the main diff is in the transfer box most runner's have the chain drive trans assy with ADD i.e can engage high range just with a press of the switch located on the tran's lever where the hi lux has to be stopped before you can engage high or low range
