you coul dbuy what you can and replace it your self an drest have fix but really if its that bad id say junk it an d get another

The bottom of the doors, the top of the "tailgate" and the front panels have a lot of rust damage. So bad, that when I close the door-rusted metal falls off. If I took it to the body shop-would they replace panels or weld on new metal and then bondo? Am I better off buying doors, etc. from a junk yard and then having the whole thing repainted?
Thanks so much!!

all those parts can be bought from a junkyard for cheap with no rust as long as the main body itself is not rotting out you still have plenty to work with

Rust is like cancer is better off changing off parts than welding new metal because that's temporary fix(last for few months until you notice bumps on the metal. When you obtain new parts make sure they are clean(of rust of course).Painting them after its a great idea to prevent rust
