Toyota 1994 ST , i have 14" tires, i want to change 14" to 15" or 16" , is it possible?

The reason why i want to change , because my tires become bad, and i have 15" Lexus tires michelin, so instead of buying new ones , can i put 15"?
 
possible ...yes. I think you should not try this unless you are an experienced car person. It will alter several things about your car unless you also do some other things. You will need new wheels to fit your new tires.. Clearances between the body and tires may have to be adjusted. Performance and gas mileage will be affected. you will need five new wheels.. could be a considerable expense. Discuss this with a dealer or a good shop before buying anything. Good luck
ps your speedometer will no longer be accurate (could be speeding tickets). Not really trying to discourage you but there could be real serious problems...
