magical Plant Mandagola...? Ok. I was in a duel and had the following questions regarding Tower of Babel in the following situation:

Tower of Babel has 3 counters, 1 more and the user will receive an abruptly 3000 direct damage to the last spell counter activator.

This happened trice:

Situation #1:
1) Had "Magical Citadel of Endymion" and Breaker The Magical Warrior.
2) Breaker had no spell counters so I transferred counters from "Magical Citadel of Endymion" to "Breaker the Magical Warrior"

Question #1: Does the transferring of spell counters from Magical Citadel of Endymion activate Tower Of Babel 4th counter, hence losing 3000 life points, or am I able to destroy it immediately with "Breaker The Magical Warrior"'s effect?

Situation #2:
1) Had face down "Magical Plant Mandagola", whose special ability activates when is flipped and puts each card a spell counter (if possible).
2) I got attacked and it's effect activated;

Question #2: Does Tower of Babel damages my opponent, or my life points, since he attacked and he triggered the effect of the magical Plant Mandagola making it to put every face up card a spell counter.t.

1) Magical Citadel of Endymion does not " Transfer " spell counters, it lets cards take away from it, not " Transfer ", so answer to your question is no

-If Breaker had no counters, you can use one of Magical Citadel's counter to destroy Tower of Babel, thus, Magical Citadel of Endymion would gain 2 counters

-1 for Breaker's effect
+3 for a card's destruction with counters

2) you would not take the damage, Tower of Babel is destroyed, but since it's not a spell card that triggered the spell counter, no one would take damage although Tower of Babel will be destroyed
