Towards end of Marine boot camp, will I be able to phone family to let them know

about details on graduation? Yeah, I was just wondering if I would have the option to call near the end of boot camp, maybe perhaps after the crucible.
 
Yes, I had no problem with this.

You will be able to write many letters as well.
