Tourettes in the army?

im and 19 yo male pfc... 2 years ad service in the army, i have always had tourettes, but was still able to enlist, now that i am in afghanistan it has gotten worse, my command has started to take notice and has sent me to mental health, not the doctor has recommended me to go home from this deployment after 6 different meds have failed, so what will happen to me now.... will they kick me out with nothing, will they pay me when i get out, will they keep me in and make me change my job? what will happen, im so confused
 
I hope not.. i have the same thing going on here, mine is a cough.. After 2 1/2 years in the military and deployed for 9 months now i hope to god they dont kick me out for this. I'd think they would get meds for this stuff. Let me know
