tour or hiking around San Francisco?

I live in SF already for a while but never been around the city (i'm not driving: (((( ) does anybody know interesting bus tours around SF or the place where i could go with my friend for hiking.
 
Marin Headlands across the Golden Gate bridge, or try the many trails in Muir Woods.
 
go to Land's End. It's not very strenuous, but there are great views of the Golden Gate. Land's End is on the ocean, on the edge of the Richmond. The trail head is close to the Cliff House
