Wait, wasn't Martin Mystery based off of an Italian comic? I read it somewhere on Wikipedia.

Getting back to the subject, I remember the show. I just wish the movie was not another origin story though...

Yes, Martin Mystery was based partially on an Italian comic known as Martin Mystere, Dark Horse comics did once an English translation of this comic http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Martin_Mystère
