Total Drama Action "Beach Flick Bogus" Talkback 1/29

I saw it through a higher quality upload.

No one was kicked off this episode? I guess given the rather small number of characters already they'll have to do at least a few of these filler episodes.

Also, the first use of "crap" in this season. Compared to Season 1, when there would usually be about 2 or 3 uses of the word in just one episode, it looks to me like CN will not have to do much editing (if any) when it comes stateside.

I didn't enjoy this episode as much as previous ones but I was still alright.

The only downside is the wait for episode five could be a long one now.

Like I said before,
the reason for the few uses of "crap" and "suck", it's probably because the writers either know about it or were a bit worried.

As long as these episodes are uploaded on a Thursday, we won't wait much, unless something bad happens.

Anyways, I'm enjoying keepng track of this season, as well as the season itself, despite the fact it's feeling a bit slow right now.

I'm glad no one left because I'm still getting over Izzy (E-Scope's) elimination. It was another great episode. We finally get to see Justin begin his role as the new villain. I'm interested to see if Beth realizes he is using her as she gets eliminated (like Lindsay with Heather) or overcomes it and does well.

I hope she does overcome it. I like Beth, and I feel bad for what is going to happen to her. When she finally finds out, I think it will be as emotional as Gwen and Trent breakup in season 1.

I wonder how it will happen, what I would like to see, is the others get Justin to confese and record it and play it in front of everybody. If he is still there, I think Duncan would be the undercover person who tricks Justin into his confessing by complementing him of his evil ways, he is someone that Justin would believe actully his impressed by his evil ways.

Finally watched it, here are my thoughts.

  • The Trent/Gwen/Duncan conflict continues as Trent starts to lose it. Did I miss something like Trent saying "Nine is my lucky number" because I have no idea where this obsession came from. It's pretty creepy.
  • Heather got in the face with salt & pepper. Always funny to see something bad happen to her.
  • I agree with Zoombie & The Cartoon regarding the Beth/Justin thing. I really liked how Beth has improved her self-esteem this season and Justin will just break her poor heart.
  • Looks like the Screaming Gaffers have inherited the Screaming Gophers good luck. Though, I think the Killer Grips might win next week, considering that pattern.
  • I'm out on the fact no one got eliminated this week and if they do more these for filler. It does give the writers a chance to work with the characters that are still there without having to think of a way to write one of them off. On the other hand, this would prevent some characters from coming back like season 1 and I want my crazy girl back.
