Torrent Scene

Was searching for the first post there.

I think it's one of those that were lost when the bored went mental or something else.

I can vaguely recall everybody losing a stack of posts.

She was an homage to my account at Billy's forum. I used that on and off for most of the time that forum existed.

We got on rather well at first but then things deteriorated towards the end.

It was when I contradicted him about something and he went a bit mental.
 
They tend to be on different PC's. Sextent is normally the one which is downloading stuff, Agrajag the Laptop, this one for the surf the internets watch TV and Chip Monk work.

That does change about but as a rule that's most of the time.
 
I have a theory about that.

I think, maybe, someone registered accounts with the same name as yours but with an empty ascii character. Like my 0-post doppleganger, I think.

I dunno how it works now, but in the old days they'd cull zero-post accounts, and since there's something dodgy with accounts with names using that char (trying to reply to a pm my double sent me sent it back to my own mailbox) the board might have taken your account when it got the double.
 
You didn't say where you had to be one, like. At least that's not how I read it :snooty:

Ta. I think I thought of it when I had some microsoft thing tell me there was an error in my syntax, and then go on to elaborate in engrish.

With the J'Pol it has to be over 40k

Edit: plus all we lost a bucket load of posts when the board croaked a few years ago. Some quality stuff died that day. Not just the mentalist stuff but some really good serious threads too.
