Toronto Area: GSM WorldPhone, Cheap, FlipPhone, NO CAMERA

Any suggestions for my needs? I'm looking for an unlocked phone to use on Fido or 7-Eleven Speakout, maybe in Europe too.

Cost: Under $200

Style: Flip Phone

Network: Unlocked GSM Worldphone 850/900/1800/1900

High durability and good RF performance desired.

The voice-dial feature where it recognises without pre-recording voicetags is desirable. (Motorola calls it ObeyMoto?)

NO CAMERA! (My job has security restrictions.)

Would be nice to get it in the Toronto area. I guess Pacific Mall is the place for unlocked phones?

SNtraders has the RAZR for 199.
Unlocked and quadband. These guys are in Mississauga.
Pacific mall, I dont know they're rates, so your gona have to wait for someone else to respond here.

RAZR has a camera, though. If you can find a V197, that sounds like a good fit.

I would just modify the RAZR and take out the camera. Although I don't know how the UI would respond.

Yeah, I can't have a camera because I work for a defence contractor. Besides, I simply don't like the RAZR's design.

Any other suggestions, anyone?

What about the Samsung C327, it might be a good option.
