I am just wondering if there are any salsa clubs in downtown Toronto and/or surrounding areas ( Richmond Hill, Thornhill, Vaughan, etc) That are NOT 19+... im 18 years old and my friend is 17, so we need to get into a salsa club ( or any other club with a salsa room, if you could provde names please).
