Torn between three AP class choices: Studio Art, Chemistry, and Environmental Science?

I have a little under a week to make a choice about which course to choose next, and I am completely torn between them. Personally, I would love to take art, however I have little prior experience. I am a fast learner however, but I do not know how well I will fare in a class with experienced artists. Let me note that I am adept at art; just not every single type outlined and required in the course description.
With chem, I ABSOLUTELY hate chemistry, however it is an important class to take for college. A 5 on the ap exam is accepted almost everywhere, and the class is highly praised for its rigor.
With enviro, (would love to take more than chem for sure) the ap exam is barely accepted by any of my college choices. I feel as if I would be wasting my time taking the course.

Which should I take? Im currently 1 in my class so its not like im not qualified or anything. I just dont want to take one course now and then regret not taking another later.
Most of all, which course would be MOST valued at Harvard, Yale, Princeton, Stanford, Columbia, and Brown?

thanks

Whichever coarse relates most to your future career plans. If you're not sure yet, I'd recommend either Env. Sci. or art. Don't take Chem if you hate it and don't want to have anything to do with it in your career. Env. Sci. would be the most practical and I think there in a good demand for it, but if you enjoy art more, look up some potential art careers and take that class. (That doesn't mean leave Chem out, but don't plan on a career you don't want to do)
